“I was convinced that I wanted all the drugs to make it as
pain free as possible before the class. Now I want to have as much
control as possible and I feel well informed. I feel more confident
in putting together a birth plan. The venue was great, easy to find
and plenty of car parking spaces.” Miss M, Hornchurch
Each workshop runs from 10am to 4.30pm and by the end of the day
you will have the information and confidence to make your own choices
about how your baby is born.
All of our information is supported by a range of complimentary
handouts.
“The venue was very nice. Enjoyed seeing other couples,
sharing experiences etc. Also enjoyed meeting the midwives and
learning about the various aspects of pregnancy. I feel I have
learned a lot today and glad we came to the course.” Mr
W, Romford
